Security 

• Part 2:

  • A few security patches have been applied to address important security items affecting clients in various contexts. Immediate updates are strongly recommended.
    
    
  • The scope of patches covers fixes of authorization controls.
    
    
  • This update resolves the concerns. Companies will be given 7 days to deploy this patch, before incrementally increased information will be posted.

• KeePass: More efficient export and offline caching
• KeePass: Base-lined to 2.61.1 version release, including these changes:
  
  • Added Compare Entries, allowing users to compare two selected entries.
  • Added a search box to the Options window, accessible with CTRL+F.
  • Pressing Enter on a group now displays that group’s entries, including when the entry list is currently showing search results.
  • Duplication and HTML export/print options are now remembered.
  • Updated imports for newer formats

  • Added the optional Prevent certain screen captures setting.
  • Custom icons can be renamed and exported directly from the icon picker.

  • Quick searches, field-reference searches, icon searches, report filters, and Options searches are now more tolerant of case and accented characters.
  • Entry searches now follow the rules of the user’s current language and culture.
