Setup Security Questions for users to safely answer if they forget their password. Users can enroll and setup their answers after first login.

Administrators will first configure a Challenge-Response policy that determines the required number and type of responses.

Navigate to:

  • Users and Roles > Challenges 

  • OR Users and Roles > Challenges or Manage Reset Challenges > Challenge Configuration


  1. Click Create button
  2. Choose your options, available Security Questions, and associate User Policies (e.g. ‘Default Policy’)
  3. Enroll Admin: click Administrator profile (top right corner), Manage Account
  4. Under the security section choose Set Answers

Now your users will be prompted to Answer their Security Questions.

However, there are additional steps such as Email Configuration / Setup you must do to confirm users receive notifications.
