Setup a Login Reset Policy

Use KeePass with Pleasant Password Server

Create a Challenge-Response policy wich allows users to safely enroll with Security Questions after their first login.

Navigate to:

• Users and Roles > Challenges or Manage Reset Challenges > Challenge Configuration

Steps:

1. Click Create button
2. Choose your options, available Security Questions, and associate User Policies (e.g. ‘Default Policy’)
3. Enroll Admin: click Administrator profile (top right corner), Manage Account, Set Answers
