If you wish to access from a machine that does not have access to Chrome Marketplace.
1. Copy the plugin files: you may copy from another machine that has access and has installed from Chrome Marketplace. Note: by default Chrome will then install the executable files in this location:

- No user data is stored at this location.
- The same Chrome Marketplace plugin number/key is the same for all users.
- Each user will specify the Server login.
- Each unique user logging in will have their own access based on the server permissions.
- Sensitive information such as passwords is not cached.
- Each browser instance of the plugin will store its own cache of non-sensitive information.
2. In the Chrome browser, go to Settings -> Extensions (or simply visit the URL chrome://extensions/)
3. Toggle the Developer Mode option to on in the upper right of the page
