If you have problems registering any products, please check for the following problems:

  • The key is automatically mailed to you after purchase to the email address associated with your store login; check that it doesn't end up in your spam folder or similar.
  • Make sure that the key matches the product (a key for Berry Extract won't work for Instant Calendar, and vice versa).
  • The key consists of the entire large block of text, so make sure you're cutting/pasting the entire section.  (Blank areas before and after should be automatically trimmed by the registration form).
  • Make sure your email client has not inserted extra characters such as ">", spaces, or carriage returns in the code.  (If available, try your ISP's webmail site, which may format email differently).
